HOT & READY BULK ORDERS
Feeding a family gathering, office lunch, team or special event? Wade’s Hot & Ready Bulk Orders are an easy way to serve groups of 15–125 people. Choose from a selection of our Southern-style meats and vegetables, prepared in bulk and packaged in disposable pans for easy setup and cleanup. We provide the food—you handle the serving! Serving utensils and paper products are also available for purchase. Call our Bulk Order Specialist at least 2–3 days in advance to place your order so our team has time to plan and prepare your order!

Planning a holiday meal for your company, church or large group? Please review the important holiday ordering information below before placing your order.
THANKSGIVING:
All November Bulk Orders must be placed with our Bulk Order Specialist by Wednesday, November 11.
CHRISTMAS:
All December Bulk Orders must be placed with our Bulk Order Specialist by Wednesday, December 9.

Holiday Bulk Orders are for groups of 15–125 people.
Our Bulk Order menu is designed for companies, churches and other large groups.
Ordering for your family’s Thanksgiving or Christmas meal for less than 15 people?
Bulk Orders are not available for individual family holiday meals. Instead, visit our Holidays page for our selection of refrigerated and frozen cook-at-home items. No advance order is required for these items!
Holiday-week BULK orders have a 25-person minimum.
Bulk Orders picked up during the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas must serve at least 25 people.
Standard pan sizes only.
All Bulk Order meats and vegetables must be ordered in our standard Half Pan or Full Pan sizes. We are unable to accommodate custom quantities or pan sizes during the holidays.
No Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day pickups.
Bulk Orders cannot be scheduled for pickup on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
Pickup times are limited - SO ORDER EARLY!
We offer specific Bulk Order pickup times each day. Once a time slot is full, we cannot accept additional orders for that time. Ordering early gives you the best selection of pickup times.
